Lamett has started FRIS sport sessions. This is all organized and coached in house by FRIS. What started a small initiative became a true structural need. The great exercises and the push of our coach to improve our physical condition is only a part of it. Mainly the motivation of the group and the « being together » has show true value.: we are fitter that before but also the cohesion within the group is much stronger.
I trained with FRIS CLUB while on a project in Singapore, using the gym in my apartment complex. He has the mindset of an athlete but always approached the sessions lighthearted. FRIS means 'fresh' in Dutch, and that's exactly how I stepped out of the gym and started my work days: fresh, energized, and better than before.
I’ve been training with Fris for a while now, and I couldn’t recommend him enough. He is always full of energy and enthusiasm, which immediately puts you at ease and makes every session enjoyable. The workouts are both challenging and varied, so you never get bored and you always feel like you’re making progress. Even on the days when I arrive in a bad mood, I always leave the training with a smile. Fris has a great way of motivating you while still keeping the atmosphere positive and fun. Already 18 months with FRIS and I still look forward to every single session. Varied exercises, sometimes pushing harder, and really feeling the progress and that’s what it’s all about.
